Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
3+ years of experience in bioprocessing, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, applications support, technical sales, account management, or related customer-facing roles
Knowledge of upstream and/or downstream bioprocessing workflows
Demonstrated success supporting customers in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Technical knowledge and ability to understand customer applications and workflows
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levels
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office suite
Analytical and strategic planning capabilities
Results-oriented with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territory (from LA to San Diego)
