A minimum of two years' experience in quality inspection or machining roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting, demonstrating hands-on expertise with mechanical measurement techniques.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to operate office equipment including scanners and copiers efficiently.
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret a variety of documents, including business communications, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and analyze complex information critically.
Mathematical competence in performing calculations involving proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume relevant to inspection activities.
Experienced in the use of dimensional mechanical measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
3 years of experience in forging, heat treatment, and metallurgical laboratory operations
Strong knowledge of ferrous metallurgy, forging processes, and heat treatment of steels/alloys
Experience with metallurgical testing methods and lab equipment
Familiarity with standards such as ASTM, ASME, AMS, API, ISO, or customer-specific requirements
