Packaging Technicians are responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products such as cartridges and tinctures while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to daily production schedules in a fast-paced lab environment.
2nd Shift
Pay: $18.50/hr
Shift: 3PM - 11:30PM (M-F)

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit
Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery

Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed to complete critical tasks
Background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of the specific State in which the employee is hired
This position requires working in an environment with high amount of plant matter and pollen, high/low temperatures, high humidity, dust, plant matter, and particles; protective gear required
Must wear PPE (clothing protection), close-toed non-slip shoes
Ability to work with hazardous chemicals (butane, propane, etc.) following strict safety guidelines
Capable of sitting, standing kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
Physical ability to use hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel and pick
Must have background check as a condition of employment
