Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience administering and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience installing and supporting Oracle Siebel on Windows and Linux platforms.
Experience performing Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching activities, preferably on recent Siebel versions.
Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Application Interface (AI), AOMs, and Tomcat environments.
Experience configuring and supporting Siebel Gateway clustering and load-balanced environments.
Strong experience with Siebel performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning.
Experience troubleshooting EAI component failures and analyzing system logs and diagnostic reports.
Experience supporting SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
Experience automating administrative processes through scripting, Windows batch jobs, and Linux cron jobs.
Experience designing, supporting, and testing disaster recovery solutions.
Basic Oracle Database administration knowledge, including connectivity, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
