3–5+ years of inventory management experience
Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, cycle counting, and reconciliation
Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and finance teams
High attention to detail and accuracy
Required use of PPE when on the production floor
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility
