Current or recent certification as Level II or Level III in at least two NDT methods per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or NAS-410.
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of welding codes, standards, and inspection practices (AWS D1.1, MIL-STD, NAVSEA, etc.).
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent quality management systems.
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, weld symbols, and technical specifications.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary security clearances required for defense manufacturing work.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in NDT within a plant, manufacturing or defense industry environment, including at least 1 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks and controlled substance testing.
