Assembler
Prepare components and build upon printed circuit boards
Conduct mechanical and electrical assembly of PCB products
Assemble products until they are completed to acceptance test procedures and routing operations
We will provide training
Use of various hand tools, equipment, and materials to complete, inspect, test, and clean mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies to prepare for shipment
Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products
Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations
Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
Be able to work with speed and accuracy
Learn and practice standard operating procedures
Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management
Handle confidential information with tact and discretion
Other duties as assigned

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment (where applicable)

Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Schedule: Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary

Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools
Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability
Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards required
Physical: Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment. Safely use weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs) and lift up to 75 lbs. Climb ladders up to 32 feet and work in confined spaces and at heights. Operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments. Work with small components and wires. Work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather
