Solid understanding of material specs, codes, and fabrication requirements.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and CAD file reading (preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
Regularly sitting, standing, and walking throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
Occasional bending, reaching, and lifting.
Must be able to wear PPE required for visits to the shop floor or vendor sites.
