Must be able to pass a standard AWS test in the horizontal (2G) for 3/8 and vertical (3G), for structural steel in the size of 3/8.
This position requires the physical capability to perform welding work, moderate to heavy lifting.
Position requires knowledge of steel and sheet metal fabrication and welding, specifically welding procedures, and the operation of welding equipment.
Also requires the ability to read the welding requirements of fabrication drawings and work orders.
Must meet VLI welding tests/requirements.
