Formal education/training in welding needed
All levels of experience will be considered
Must be able to interpret blueprints & weld symbols, and fit/weld according to print (including the ability to build weldments from prints)
Successful candidates will be certified through JWF Industries
The ability to fit and/or weld on jigs & fixtures for all production requirements
Welding in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of FCAW, GMAW or Aluminum processes is preferred
Welds on medium and/or large fabrications in a jig fixture: fit, weld, fabricate
Welds in multiple positions that include but are not limited to overhead, flat, vertical, and/or horizontal
Properly sets up and adjusts welding equipment to blueprints/drawings and weld procedure specifications
The employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles
There is frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts with occasional exposure to wet and/ or humid conditions and extreme cold or heat
The employee is at risk of electrical shock and vibration
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Specific vision requirements such as color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

Employees must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift
Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed
Overtime will paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week
The noise level is such that earplugs must be worn at all times
Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes)
Safety equipment is provided by the Company with exception of steel toe shoes, which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment
