Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience through progressively responsible roles in the electrical field will be considered.
8+ years of experience in electrical contracting or construction; with 3+ years in project management or senior leadership roles required.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale or complex electrical projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience mentoring project managers and developing team capabilities.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license highly desirable.
