Float position where candidates need to have at least 2 of the 3 areas of competence:
ICU - minimum 2 years ICU experience
Med/Surg/Tele - minimum 1 year Med/Surg/Tele experience
ED - minimum 2 years ED experience, triage experience required, charge Nurse experience preferred
8 Hours of Stroke Training
Proof of identification required
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
