Position will perform functional testing of completed products
Verifying conformance to all specified requirements
Physical inspection and functional inspection of electrical components
Operation of test bays/stations and associated equipment
Troubleshooting and/or repairing faulty components
Assess product evaluation against NEC and UL/CSA standards
Review order write ups, operate components, ensure product quality, work with other areas to ensure product quality, and verify units to meet agency approvals
Uses basic hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, wire stripper, torque tools, crimping tools
Uses multi-meters
Used hypot-tester
Uses leak check equipment
Uses computer
Uses refrigeration manifold gauges
