Set up and operate forming machines to fabricate parts
Analyze work orders, work pieces, and blueprints
Set up and operate machines as required to manufacture parts
Check parts throughout production run, using company supplied measuring equipment to monitor quality and repeatability of process
Verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications and blue prints by use of appropriate measuring devices
Accurately fill out work order routers with correct quantity of good parts and scrap parts

This position requires local travel mainly in the state of Iowa (may include occasional overnight) to project locations, supporting teams to ensure successful operation of the equipment.
At times, the Mechanic will be required to respond to emergencies outside regular work hours and work overtime including weekends and holidays.
Must have three to five years of experience in general mobile heavy truck repair, automotive repair, or equipment repair; equivalent trade school/technical school time may be applied toward this requirement OR have completed a vocational/technical school program or apprenticeship in vehicle and equipment repair and have four years of experience.
Must be capable of operating company vehicles and equipment on a daily basis.
The employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
