At least 5 years of financial analyst experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education is acceptable.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field required.
Advanced financial analysis skills combined with insight into the nuances of the real estate segment.
Experience in preparing data sets, statistical reports and computer applications to support financial analysis work.
Strong understanding of financial statement and financial reports.
Advance proficiency in MS Office, most notably Excel.
Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process.
Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
Close vision for computer-related activities.
