Experience machining finish-grade components to tight tolerances
Set up manual machines and/or program CNC machines independently
Read process sheets, blueprints and sketches of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up and operating requirements
Mounts work piece between centers, in chuck or to faceplate
Observes numerical displays to verify dimensional adjustments, feed rates and speeds of machining cuts
Inspects run pieces and spot checks succeeding pieces for conformance to specifications
Uses measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and CCM for conformance to specifications
Machines bronze, stainless, plastics and other materials
Ability to cut internal and external threads
The hours for this shift are: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm M-F
Physical requirements: frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
