A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
8+ years of manual machining working with manual Horizontal Boring Mills and surface grinders
Horizontal boring mill experience is a must.
Experience working with very tight tolerance of +/- .001.
Read, write, speak and comprehend English.
Set up, adjust, and operate all machine tools in your area of responsibility in order to produce various parts within specifications from blueprints.
Read and understand basic manufacturing mechanical blueprints, and use good basic math skills in addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and work with fractional measurements and decimals.
Proficiency with measuring equipment, such as calipers, gauges and micrometers.
Computer proficiency. Work accurately with basic keyboard and monitor interfaced with the mainframe computer to enter work order data and correct qualities as required.
Hold very close tolerances and surface finish requirements.
A demonstrated history of good attendance and a safe work record.
Safety and Quality oriented, with attention to detail.
You also will need to be willing to work overtime, call-ins, etc. as needed to meet customer requirements.

Prior experience in providing commodity hedging advice & execution to upstream oil & gas exploration & production companies who have reserve-based loans.
10+ years of experience in oil and/or natural gas derivatives hedging, marketing, or structuring, ideally with direct exposure to energy lending, RBL, or project finance.
Meaningful experience in over-the-counter back-to-back hedging programs
Strong understanding of physical oil and gas markets, benchmarks, and basis dynamics, and how they interact with lending structures and credit risk.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing hedging programs for corporate or sponsor‑backed energy clients.
