Previous experience using IBM Maximo or another CMMS system.

Good analytical skills, including the ability to work with maintenance data, reports, and performance information.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or a related field preferred or seven years of operations / maintenance experience
