Read and interpret drawings
Attending vocational training and successfully complete certifications as manufacturing career progresses

Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, profilometers, height gages, dial indicators, and other metrology tools
Experience with running machinery in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to stand, bend, and use crane in a climate-controlled shop
Must be able to perform precision rework, repair, and refurbishment of metallic pump components in accordance with OEM specifications
Must be able to attend and participate in safety, environmental, and 5S practices
