Knowledge of surface preparation standards (e.g., SSPC/NACE) and coating application techniques.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot blasting and painting equipment.
Physical stamina to work in demanding environments, including heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Safety-first mindset with a track record of following OSHA and industry safety guidelines.
Certifications such as SSPC C7/C12, NACE, or equivalent (preferred but not required).
