Requires significant progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, resort operations, lodging, cruise operations, residential hospitality, or a related environment.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple hospitality departments, rather than a single functional area, is required.
Demonstrated ability to establish service standards, improve guest satisfaction, manage service recovery, and create accountability across multiple departments.
Strong understanding of hospitality labor management, scheduling, budgeting, productivity, and operational performance.
Experience leading managers and department heads responsible for large hourly workforces.
Schedule flexibility is required and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours leadership support for a 24/7 residential operation.
Ability to work effectively across multiple operational departments and communicate with senior leadership, employees, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
