Mechanical assembly experience, preferably in heavy-duty equipment, industrial tools, or welding systems.
Solid understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems
Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and assembly instructions.
Manual dexterity, mechanical intuition, and pride in precision.
Comfort working with metal parts, sharp edges, and a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times on the shop floor, including:
Hi-visibility vest
Safety glasses
Steel-toed safety shoes
The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.
