High school diploma with 3–5 years of prior manufacturing experience in a metal working environment or a combination of related experience, education, and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Knowledge of GD&T
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work from verbal or written instructions or from the part to be copied or fitted
Ability to operate lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC machines to produce tools
Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy
Must be willing to own and maintain company required tools
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.

Flexibility and willingness to progress in tool room skills
May be required to work varying shifts or weekends as needed
