Study or knowledge equivalent to high school or technical school, plus two years apprenticeship training and 3 to 7 years diversified machining experience
Must have the ability to use handbook formulas and advanced shop mathematics
Set up and operate more than one machine tools; such as CNC, millers, grinders, sheet metal equipment and hand tools for machining components
Work from blueprints and verbal instructions to lay out sequential details of standard machining operations and prototypes assembly set ups for a variety of machine parts
Use all machine shop measuring and gauging devices to align and/or machine metal, or plastic parts to meet required specifications
Operate and maintenance machine in optimal operation following maintenance schedule ( TPM)
Kept tools and work area in a safe, clean and orderly manner.(5 S routines)
Must train and provide technical direction to other machinists
Must be able to read and interpret process documentation and work instructions
Must comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) use and environmental, health and safety policies
Must be authorized to work in the US or otherwise legally able to work

Use of a microscope.
To use a soldering iron.
Ability to use hand tools such as tweezer, plier, screwdriver, etc.
Ability to read and understand assembly drawings.
Working in house assembly or external production departments for 1 year.
Experience in using mechanical measuring tools, i.e. caliper and surface gauge.
General soldering training.
CP's related to the assembly of switches.
Mechanical switch assembly instructions.
In accordance with D3-HT00-82, training procedure for mechanical switch assembly department.
Read, write and verbally communicate in English.
Work well in a fast phase environment.
Work well in a team.
