Complete 40+ hours of training in order to receive the Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
This certification would be required to provide services to our clients.
Provide a consistent schedule that you are available to provide therapy services.
Maintain reliable transportation and insurance.
Must have basic technology skills with the ability to locate a network to connect to wifi, operate a tablet such as an iPad, join virtual meetings, log in to applications and software systems, download & log in to apps, send and receive email messages, attach files, use a word processor, access Google Drive files, and navigate the internet.
Able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Able to perform activities that entail fine & gross motor skills, bending knees, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
Ability to respond swiftly & engage in rapid movement to ensure the safety and supervision of individuals, including brisk walking or running when necessary.

Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency; this includes successful completion of USRC training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire.
CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained through a state certification program or national commercially available certification program within 18 months of hire date and maintained in good standing thereafter. Specific state requirements may be applicable and required.
