1–5 years of experience in traffic signal installation, electrical work, or related construction trade.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical schematics, and riser diagrams.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to operate company vehicles and maintain insurable driving status.
Must be able to stand, climb, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Regularly lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance while handling poles, mast arms, equipment, and materials.
Work is performed outdoors year-round in all conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and other harsh weather.
Must tolerate exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and work at heights in bucket trucks or aerial lifts.
May require travel within Texas. Overnight or out-of-town stays may be needed based on project location.
