Strong understanding of in-process inspection, documentation discipline, and quality requirements.
Ability to lead employees working to tight tolerances, including the .0005” range.
Ability to follow and enforce written work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
Must be able to hold employees accountable while supporting training, development, and production goals.
