Understanding of accounting principles and experience preparing accurate and timely financial reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, sorting & filtering, pivot tables) and accounting software
Experience supporting audits with minimal adjustments
Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close processes
Experience researching and resolving accounting discrepancies
Flexibility to work additional hours during audit periods, year-end close, and regulatory filing deadlines
Must reside within a commutable distance to the office located at 230 Lexington Green Circle, STE400 Lexington, KY 40503
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (domestic)
Ability to work full-time on-site position, (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees must be available to work an 8-hour shift during regular business hours, which are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
