Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
English language proficiency
Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business (Operations/Supply Chain), or related field
Skilled trades certification (CQT, CQE, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in manufacturing or automotive quality
Quality or automotive professional (Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Program Manager, or similar) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; formal degree not required
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Must be and remain eligible to be issued a passport for any required international travel or training
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (2/3 or more of the workday), and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
