One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Researching readiness shortfalls, such as non-mission capable fleet equipment, to source critical repair materials; 2) Utilizing automated logistics information systems (LIS), such as GCSS-Army, Power Business Intelligence, Vantage and DLA, to evaluate fleet readiness data; 3) Monitoring combat-readiness metrics for supported activities and units, such as fleet assets for armored division and/or cavalry regiments; and 4) Resolving complex fleet logistics issues (i.e.: specific vehicle needs based on individual vehicle serial numbers.)

This is a deployable Department of the Army Civilian position. As such, incumbent must pass an initial and annual medical examination and receive/maintain up-to-date required immunization for the overseas or deployed location.
This position has a requirement to lift up to 40 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
The incumbent must perform duty in a combat zone after evacuation of nonessential personnel in connection with a war, a national emergency declared by Congress or the President.
