High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience
An Associates' Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferred
At least 3 years of related experience
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Solid Waste and/or a service-related industry is preferred
Experience in marketing and selling assigned Capital Waste services to existing and potential customers
Able to establish and maintain customer satisfaction and meet customer retention goals
Able to generate revenue through the sale of services to new and existing accounts
Able to meet or exceed sales activity goals for both new sales and retention
Ability to acquire fundamental knowledge of potential customers, pricing and competition
