Associate's Degree required
Paralegal Certificate required
Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Draft, review, and revise Hospital Services Agreements, amendments, and other legal documents
Review contract intake requests and prepare initial agreement drafts
Ensure contracts comply with established legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines
Manage contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution and closeout
Coordinate document routing for internal approvals and signature collection
Prepare and process contract-related notices, extensions, renewal communications, and other legal correspondence
Assist with dispute resolution documentation, including demand letters, breach notices, and non-renewal notifications
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract completion and billing readiness
Support multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment
