Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting, repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.
Able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers and/or ammonia / hydrocarbon system components.
Maintain ammonia and hydrocarbon safety training certification.
Able to install complete systems, (Chillers, Rooftop Units, plumbing and all supporting mechanical systems).
Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators, laser etc. of pumps, fans, Compressors.
Able to use vibration equipment to trouble shoot drivelines.
Travel maybe required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers activities, trouble shooting, installation and repair.
You will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license
Twelve (12) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in the HVAC industry and Industrial Petro-Chemical, or Data Center vertical environments. This includes Rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors.

5+ years of preventive maintenance and repair experience in a high speed industrial manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, and hydraulics required
Electrical knowledge of single and three-phase power, with the ability to diagnose and replace electrical motors.
Must be able to perform physical inspections of equipment, which will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead.
