3-5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Experience in metal stamping/forming manufacturing industry, preferred
APICS or CPSM certification, preferred
Strong experience with MRP systems (JDE experience preferred).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ability to read technical drawings or Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
