Knowledge of basic metal manufacturing processes (cutting, forming, finishing) required to support production of chain and fittings
Ability to follow detailed work instructions related to load-bearing product manufacturing and traceability
Skill in safely handling raw materials, including steel components with weight or heat exposure risks
Ability to perform visual inspections to identify cracks, bends, or coating defects
Knowledge of safety practices for heavy industrial environments, including PPE and hazard awareness
Ability to maintain accurate production and material traceability records
Ability to complete repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining product quality standards
Heavy lifting up to 85 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 280 lbs.

Maintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed
