Minimum 10 years electronics manufacturing background.
Must have detailed electronic component and PCB knowledge
DFMx analysis and reporting, manufacturing process development and development of Assembly Documents for new products.
Sustain engineering activities, including engineering changes and managing the applicable areas of the business systems for configuration management
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public group, and/or customers
Extended knowledge of industry accepted manufacturing, quality and technical standards (IPC, JIT, Lean etc.)
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical documents including the schematics and prints.
Ability to interpret engineering tolerances
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Above average communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to sort, filter, and analyze data in Excel
