Experience with budgeting, deposits/rent collections, vendor invoices reconciliation, and financial reporting
Ability to effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents
Ability to plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies)
Physical ability to climb ladders/steps, move objects up to 25 lbs, operate machinery/tools, drive motor vehicles/golf carts, and work in various environments
