3-6 years of experience in an MRO environment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Expert with hand tools
Fully proficient with general electrical soldering and/or circuit board level soldering
Ability to follow instructions and work according to written procedures concisely and accurately
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
Able to read and thoroughly understand technical drawings, blueprints, manuals, and instructions (a pre-employment technical skills and comprehension test may be required)
