Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour

Position Type: Contract to Hire
Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced manufacturing equipment, including lasers, 3D printers, and milling machines
Produce high-quality metal and rubber molds while maintaining strict quality standards
Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement effective solutions
Assist in managing a small production team and help establish a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Cross-train team members across multiple manufacturing processes
Lead the setup, installation, and commissioning of 2-3 new pieces of advanced manufacturing equipment
Work directly with equipment manufacturers to improve machine performance, efficiency, and production capabilities
Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
