Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; operate vehicles and office equipment, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; talk or hear; taste or smell
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds for 50 feet
Must be able to climb ladders for heights up to 60 feet and crawl for distances of 50 feet
Must be able to read, understand and apply information obtained from blueprints, surveys and job specifications
Must possess excellent communication skills and be adept in managing multiple construction contracts from concept to completion
Must have sufficient interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, client and subcontractors to achieve mutual goals
Must be able to plan, allocate resources, manage production and coordinate people and equipment

Must exercise good judgment when carrying out duties and maintain good working relationships with the public and fellow employees
