5+ Year's experience in a relevant engineering environment with experience in taking designs to manufacturing.
Expertise in product lifecycle management processes and tools, including requirements definition and management
Optoelectronic design, including optical components, semiconductor devices.
Industry standard manufacturing and assembly processes, such as PCB manufacturing (plating, solder mask, SMT), epoxy dispense and cure, wirebonding, etc, their operation and common failure modes.
Data interpretation of common FA and reliability methods including but not limited to microscopy (Optical, Acoustic, Electron), HTHH, Thermal cycling, shock and vibration.
Experience working in a cleanroom, particularly with ESD sensitive components.
Working knowledge of mechanical design, interpretation of drawings, CTQ and tolerance analysis (GD&T;).
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously as priorities can change quickly.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics or a related field is required.
