This position requires utilizing a personal, dependable vehicle, as well as Center van to conduct Center business
The employee must have a F endorsement on his or her Driver's License to be available to transport individuals as needed
Must participate in weekly treatment team meetings with relevant staff for coordination of care
Must uphold professional ethical standards and centers policy and procedures as well as CARF standards
Excellent documentation: completes all required documentation in compliance with Center Policy, CARF, and SSOC standards
