1-3 years of Screw Machine experience
Relevant work experience; maintenance, mechanic, automotive mechanic, or trade school completion
Mechanically inclined - Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixings things both familiar and unfamiliar
Operation of screw machines; including, loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine
Performing setup on screw machines; including, tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments to ensure continued conformance to specifications
