Showing apartments to qualified prospects; selling features and benefits of the community and closing to qualified candidates.
Assists Community Manager with rent collection, breakdown sheets and timely bank deposits.
Responsible for daily traffic logs, traffic reports and monthly market surveys.
Processing rental applications and related rental paperwork.
Coordinates move-in of new residents and conducts resident orientation.
Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction.
Candidates work schedule may include working Saturday.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with Yardi software a plus!
