High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6+ years of experience in precision machining, with at least 3 years operating and programming mill-turn equipment
Strong proficiency in CNC programming (G-code and conversational) and use of CAD/CAM software for multi-axis operations
Deep understanding of multi-axis tool paths, work offsets, sub-spindles, and live tooling integration
Solid knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to work from complex part prints and solid models
