1 year experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining painting equipment and associated hardware.
2 years of experience in interpreting and working from blueprints, specification and samples.
3 years of experience in coating techniques, including powder coating, that ensure surfaces have smooth or textured appearance and meet thickness standards, preparation of surfaces using solvents, paint removers, abrasive blasting, sanding filling, shaping and leveling with metal and synthetics resins.
