Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience with experience on at least two full life-cycle deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll is strongly encouraged
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
Experience leading and contributing to the activities within a project or team, including excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate design workshops or present recommendations to client or KPMG stakeholders
