This position is an activity-based pay plan
Live stop pay: $25 per stop
Drop and hook pay: $15 per stop
Detention pay: $30 per hour after 1.5 hours
Off account work pay: $225-$300 per day
New hire training pay: $200 per day
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
Holiday pay: $200 per day
PTO accrues from day one
