High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of technical writing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
Competency with desktop publishing tools and computers in general, including previous experience using the following tools for writing and publishing documents: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
