Ability to work outdoors on ladders, in basements, enclosed crawl spaces, and attics
Good customer relationship skills
On-site inspections, performance testing, data collection, and verifying green building program compliance for new construction and rehabilitation projects
Most work will be in the field and traveling to project sites with the possibility of overnight stays about 1-2 nights/week
